Chat & local data
privacy notice.
Updated October 27, 2026. This notice explains the current public trial and its support chat.
Document drafts stay in your browser
Tradocket saves shipment drafts and libraries in browser storage on this device. It has no cloud document sync. Exported backups and PDFs are saved using your browser. Clearing browser data can remove drafts.
Support chat uses Knocket
Our support widget is provided by Knocket. It loads after the page has finished loading. Loading it connects your browser to third-party services and may use cookies or browser storage. Knocket receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and visited page, as well as messages, files and contact details you choose to provide in chat. Our support account can read those conversations to respond to requests.
Tradocket does not intentionally attach your shipment drafts, customer records, bank details or backup files to the widget. Do not paste confidential documents or sensitive financial details into chat. Third-party scripts run in the browser; this is not a claim that they are technically isolated from all page content.
Read Knocket's privacy notice for its processing practices. We do not promise a particular chat storage region or retention period that has not been confirmed for this account.
Hosting and requests
The web server receives normal web requests, which can include IP address, time, requested path and browser information. There is no advertising tag or Google Analytics integration added by Tradocket; Knocket may load its own operational or analytics components.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the support chat to ask about a conversation or request deletion. Do not send additional sensitive information just to identify a request. Local drafts can be removed through your browser's site-data settings after exporting any backup you need. Requests involving Knocket may require its assistance.
