About Tradocket

For privacy questions or requests about Tradocket, contact support@tradocket.com. Effective October 29, 2026.

Your document drafts

Shipment drafts, contacts, goods, signatures and libraries are saved in this browser on your device. There is no cloud document sync. Our usage and billing APIs do not receive document contents. Export backups before clearing browser data or switching devices. Files you deliberately send to support are a separate disclosure.

Payments and purchased access

PayPal processes checkout and receives the information you provide to it. We do not collect full card numbers or PayPal passwords. Our server receives verified payment notifications and stores transaction IDs, product, payment date, subscription identifier, payment/access status and a private recovery credential hash. Notifications may include payer contact and other information; our billing database retains only the listed fields, not the complete notification or payer email. Purchase creation records the policy version accepted and time. Browser storage retains your recovery code and prior codes so you can restore access. Treat these codes as passwords.

We process purchase data to fulfil your purchase, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Billing records are retained for the life of purchased access and for up to seven years after it ends or the final transaction, subject to longer legally required retention or an unresolved dispute. Payment records held by PayPal follow its own privacy statement.

Cookies and optional usage measurement

An essential first-party cookie (td_trial, up to one year, HttpOnly) links the browser to access rights and shipment allowances. We store one-way shipment identifiers rather than shipment numbers or contents. Optional statistics record page codes, document type, recent foreground sessions and coarse edit/print actions. Events are kept for 90 days and sessions for 30 days. Anonymous shipment grant records are retained while the browser's allowance/access remains relevant. Disable optional statistics below or through browser Do Not Track/Global Privacy Control; essential access checks still operate. Online statistics represent browser sessions, not verified people; initiating print does not prove a PDF was saved.

Email forwarding

Email sent to support@tradocket.com is routed through Forward Email to our support inbox hosted by Google/Gmail. These providers process the message and delivery information to forward, deliver and secure your email and may process it outside your country. Read Forward Email's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. We use email contents to respond to requests, handle purchases/refunds and maintain necessary correspondence. Do not email passwords, recovery codes or full payment-card details. Email correspondence is retained while needed to resolve requests, support purchased access, handle disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Contact us to request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed.

Support chat and hosting

Pages using the support widget load Knocket after loading the page. It may receive your IP address, browser, page and messages/contact details/files you choose to send, and use cookies or storage. We can read messages to reply. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full payment-card information or confidential shipment files through chat. Read Knocket's privacy notice. Third-party scripts are not technically isolated from page content.

The site is hosted in Japan and operated from China. Hosting logs can contain IP address, request path, time and user agent; they are used for security and troubleshooting and normally rotated within 30 days (security investigations may require longer retention). PayPal, Knocket and their service providers may process data in other countries under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information or add advertising trackers. We do not claim all processing stays in your country.

Your choices and requests

Contact support@tradocket.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will verify a request proportionately and explain where transaction records must be retained. Remove local drafts through browser site-data settings after backing up. You may decline optional usage events without losing editing access. The service is intended for adults and business use, not children. We will update this page when processing changes materially.

Paid local edition

The Windows local edition is included with an active confirmed purchase: USD 9.90 per month or USD 99 once. Download requires your private purchase recovery code. Each purchase activates one computer. A one-time local license has no scheduled expiry. A monthly local license expires at the end of its confirmed paid term; enter the same 16-character activation code again after renewal. Document editing and printing then work offline within the license term. Contact support before transferring to a different computer. Keep JSON backups; browser data is separate from the software.

For activation we receive and retain a hashed computer identifier and link it to the purchase. We do not receive the raw Windows identifier or document contents through activation. You activate with a 16-character code; the signed license is saved automatically on your computer. The server retains an activation-code hash linked to the purchase. Download and activation are blocked for expired, refunded or revoked purchases. Existing offline license files cannot be immediately revoked while a device remains disconnected. Your statutory refund rights remain unchanged.
