About these terms

Effective October 29, 2026. These terms apply to Tradocket. Contact support@tradocket.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and the Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.

What the product does

Tradocket is browser software for preparing 18 types of export document drafts and calculating carton volume. It does not file customs declarations, issue official certificates, verify sanctions, classify HS codes or determine USMCA/EEI eligibility. Review output and confirm requirements with the relevant buyer, carrier or qualified adviser. We do not guarantee acceptance by an authority, bank or trading partner.

Plans, prices and free access

The Monthly plan is USD 9.90 charged now and automatically every month until cancelled. The One-time plan is USD 99.00 charged once, with no scheduled expiry of the purchased access and no recurring charge. It covers the current document features and defect fixes, not a promise of perpetual hosting, all future separate products, or professional advice. If this hosted service is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and an offline copy of purchased document functionality where feasible, without limiting mandatory rights.

For a limited time the workspace is free and allows unlimited shipment sets. No end date is announced. Paid purchase is optional and currently provides the same document features, plus recorded purchased access that remains valid under the chosen plan if the free promotion ends. The promotion does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Any future price change applies prospectively after notice and any consent required by law; a one-time purchase does not become a subscription.

Payment, activation and recovery

PayPal handles payment in USD; its checkout shows the amount and any applicable charges. Your bank or PayPal may charge currency conversion or other fees. Access is granted only after our server verifies PayPal's payment notification, merchant, product, amount and payment status. Pending payments do not activate access; delivery delays may occur. Save the recovery code before checkout. It restores purchased access in another browser. No Tradocket account or cloud draft storage is included. If a code is lost or payment is missing, contact us with the PayPal transaction ID. We may ask for proportionate evidence of purchase; do not send payment passwords.

Cancellation, expiration and refunds

Cancel the Monthly plan in PayPal automatic payments by selecting Tradocket and cancelling, or contact support@tradocket.com for assistance before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Clearing browser data or closing the site does not cancel PayPal billing. Cancellation and refund are separate requests. Refunds and disputes may suspend or revoke the affected paid access; see our 14-day Refund Policy. A renewal failure does not extend the paid period, but never deletes your local drafts.

License, your data and acceptable use

Purchase grants a non-exclusive license for your own or your business's internal document preparation. You keep your input data and generated documents and may use or share your generated documents commercially. Do not resell recovery codes, share credentials publicly, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Keep backups; browser clearing or device loss can remove drafts. A recovery code restores rights, not document data. We may suspend access for fraud, payment reversal or serious misuse and will offer a way to contact us to contest mistakes.

Availability, responsibility and statutory rights

We aim to correct defects and provide a working service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every template fits every transaction. You are responsible for reviewing content and protecting your device and backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, mandatory consumer remedies, or rights relating to fraud or deliberate misconduct. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to use competent courts. Material changes will be posted here and, where contact details are available, notified before they affect existing purchases.
